Summer Kicks Off With Old West Days!
Parades, mountain men, stagecoach and coaster rides, and paying tribute to those who have served and sacrificed for our great country, are just a few of the many events and activities this Memorial Day weekend in Jackson Hole.
The 36th annual Old West Days and the summer re-opening at Snow King Mountain kick off the summer season, so make sure to get out and enjoy all that our wonderful community has to offer!

Friday, May 26
Summer Opening Day at Snow King Mountain
There is endless fun for the whole family at Snow King Mountain. Enjoy the Alpine Slide, Cowboy Coaster, Rafferty and Summit Scenic Lifts, Mini Golf, Treetop Adventure and King’s Grill Restaurant from 11 am – 6 pm. Extended hours begin June 17.
Mountain Man Rendezvous & Traders’ Row
Experience what life was like for the mountain man at the Teton County Fairgrounds. Open Friday - Monday from 9 am- 5 pm
Old West Days Kickoff at the Bar J
Not only will you enjoy a fabulous meal, but the singing and comedic entertainment by the Bar J Wranglers is without question some of the best in town! 7:00 pm
Saturday, May 27
Aerial Tram Opens at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Take in the views from the top of Rendezvous Mountain and enjoy a delicious waffle at Corbets Cabin.
Jackson Hole Historical Society & Museum
Enjoy free admission and learn about the history of Jackson Hole from 9 am – Noon.
Old West Days Parade on the Town Square
Kids and adults alike will enjoy the fun, floats, horses and more that make up our annual parade. 10:00 am
Stagecoach Rides
Take a ride around Jackson in an horse-drawn stagecoach. Rides begin at the Town Square antler arches. 10 am.
Old West Brewfest on the Town Square
If you enjoy craft beers, don’t miss this opportunity to sample the wide variety of beers from local and regional brewers. 11 am – 5 pm.
Jackson Hole Shootout
It wouldn’t be Jackson Hole without a shootout! Join the fun at 6:00 pm on the corner of Deloney and Center Street on the Town Square.
Jackson Hole Rodeo
The cowgirls and cowboys kick off rodeo season at 8:00 pm at the Teton County Fairgrounds.
Sunday, May 28th
Wyoming Cowboy Church
10 am on the Town Square
WYOmericana Caravan Tour
Kick up your heels and dance the night away at the Silver Dollar Bar at the historic Wort Hotel. 7:00 pm
Monday, May 29th
American Legion Memorial Service
American Legion Post 43 ceremonies at the flagpole on the Town Square, 10 am.
