Bowling Is Back!
It was a sad day for many in December of 2001 when the bowling alley in Jackson Hole burned to the ground.  A favorite activity for many was suddenly gone, with only the two lanes at the Elk's Lodge to appease the diehards.

Hole BowlThat all changes this Saturday with the grand opening of Hole Bowl in the Powderhorn Plaza at 11:00 am. Bowlers, kids and parents rejoice, there is a new activity in town and from what we hear, a great location for parties, staff outings and good old fashioned fun.

Eat. Drink. Roll is the tagline created by owner Jessica MacGregor. The idea of Hole Bowl started when MacGregor's kids were bored during the winter and wanted something fun to do.  MacGregor began her research, started talking with investors and planners, and after a few delays, Hole Bowl has become a reality.

The new business features a full bar and restaurant, with salads being crafted from Vertical Harvest greens andHole Bowl Lounge vegetables.  There is a lounge area, two pool tables, an air hockey table, arcade games, a kids TV lounge and area for private parties.  With ten lanes and two lanes for private parties, everyone is sure to get their bowling fix.  And if you want to keep up on your latest sports game, there are TVs throughout the alley.

MacGregor has said this isn't your old school bowling alley.  On special occasions the blacklights will be lit for cosmic bowling events and a spectacular view of the Tetons is just above the pins, compliments of artist Travis Walker.
